# SENINOTA ## TERMS & CONDITIONS **Effective Date: 23 October 2026** Welcome to SENINOTA – Paper and Stationery. By browsing our website, placing an order or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are intended to establish clear expectations between SENINOTA and our customers while protecting the interests of both parties. ### 1. About SENINOTA SENINOTA is a stationery brand offering thoughtfully designed paper products, pocket planners, notebooks, stickers, personalised items and selected handmade goods. We aim to provide quality products with care and attention to detail. These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through our official website and other authorised sales channels, unless separate terms are expressly agreed upon. ### 2. Product Information and Variations - We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and specifications are accurate. - Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, printing processes and material differences. - Handmade products may have minor variations in stitching, texture, paper grain or finishing. Such variations do not automatically constitute a defect, provided the product conforms to its description and agreed specifications. - Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, materials, quantities and available options before placing an order. - If a product is materially different from its description or agreed specifications, SENINOTA will address the issue in accordance with applicable law. ### 3. Orders and Payment - All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by SENINOTA. - Orders will be processed after full payment has been successfully received and verified, unless alternative payment arrangements have been expressly agreed upon. - Customers must provide accurate contact information, delivery details and order selections. - SENINOTA reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a reasonable concern involving suspected fraud, duplicate orders, stock unavailability, obvious pricing errors or circumstances that prevent fulfilment. - If SENINOTA cancels a paid order, any refund due will be processed accordingly. - Order confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has been dispatched or that production has been completed. ### 4. Personalised and Custom-Made Products - Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, names, initials, dates, colours, artwork and other personalisation details before confirming an order. - Personalised and custom-made products are prepared according to the information supplied or approved by the customer. - Once production has commenced, cancellation or changes may not be possible. - Change-of-mind cancellations, exchanges or refunds for personalised products may be declined where permitted by law, except where the product is defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law. - If an error is caused by SENINOTA, we will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. - Additional charges for changes requested after confirmation will be communicated to the customer and require agreement before proceeding. ### 5. Limited Edition Products - Limited edition products are produced in restricted quantities, as stated in the relevant product listing where applicable. - Availability is not guaranteed until the order has been confirmed. - Once a limited edition product is sold out, SENINOTA is not obligated to reproduce or restock the same design. - Restock dates and product availability may change without prior notice. - SENINOTA will communicate material changes affecting confirmed orders where reasonably practicable. ### 6. Shipping and Delivery - Delivery fees, available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be communicated during checkout or through the relevant sales channel. - Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly agreed otherwise. - Production and processing time are separate from courier transit time. - SENINOTA is not responsible for courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility where required by law. - Customers must ensure that delivery addresses, telephone numbers and other delivery details are accurate. - Additional costs arising from incorrect addresses, failed delivery or customer-requested redelivery may be charged to the customer where applicable and disclosed. - Customers should contact SENINOTA promptly if a parcel appears lost, damaged or significantly delayed so we can assist with the relevant enquiry. - Any applicable consumer rights relating to non-delivery or damaged goods remain unaffected. ### 7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges - Customers should inspect their orders upon receipt and notify SENINOTA of any suspected defect, incorrect item, missing item or damage as soon as reasonably practicable. - Change-of-mind returns, exchanges and refunds are not offered unless SENINOTA expressly agrees otherwise or applicable law requires them. - Products that are defective, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied or materially different from their description will be assessed and remedied in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. - Depending on the circumstances and legal requirements, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, refund or another legally required resolution. - SENINOTA may request reasonable supporting information or the return of an affected item where appropriate and lawful. - Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank or payment method used. - Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory guarantees, consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited. ### 8. Pricing and Promotions - All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), unless otherwise indicated. - Prices, promotions, bundle offers and product availability may change from time to time. - Promotional offers are subject to their stated validity period, eligibility requirements and available stock. - Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. - If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, SENINOTA may contact the customer to clarify the order before proceeding. - If an order cannot be fulfilled at the agreed price due to a genuine pricing error, the customer may cancel and receive any refund due. - SENINOTA will not retrospectively change an agreed price without the customer's agreement or a lawful basis. ### 9. Intellectual Property - All original SENINOTA designs, illustrations, mascots, artwork, product photographs, branding and written content remain the intellectual property of SENINOTA or their respective rights holders. - Customers may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, resell as original artwork or commercially exploit these materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law. - Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, copyright or intellectual property. - Any permitted use of SENINOTA artwork must comply with the agreed licence or written permission. ### 10. Product Use and Liability - SENINOTA products are intended for their described purposes. Customers are responsible for using and storing products appropriately. - To the extent permitted by law, SENINOTA will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services. - SENINOTA's liability is not excluded or restricted where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by law. - Nothing in these terms affects statutory guarantees, consumer rights or remedies available under applicable Malaysian law. ### 11. Privacy and Personal Information - SENINOTA collects and uses customer information as reasonably necessary to process orders, arrange deliveries, provide customer support and fulfil business or legal obligations. - Personal information may be shared with relevant payment providers, courier services and service providers where necessary to fulfil an order or meet legal requirements. - Customer information will be handled in accordance with applicable Malaysian privacy and data protection requirements. - Customers should refer to SENINOTA's Privacy Policy for further information about the collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of personal information. ### 12. Changes to These Terms - SENINOTA may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in products, business operations or legal requirements. - Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date where appropriate. - Changes will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law, and will not retrospectively remove rights that customers have already acquired. ### 13. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be handled through the appropriate Malaysian courts or dispute-resolution channels, subject to applicable law and consumer rights. ### 14. Contact Us For questions about orders, products, delivery, returns or these Terms & Conditions, customers may contact SENINOTA through the contact details provided on our official website or authorised sales platform. **SENINOTA – Paper and Stationery** *Small Things, Brighter Days.* --- ## ADDITIONAL BUSINESS PROTECTION CLAUSES ### 15. Production Lead Time - All production and processing times are estimates and begin after full payment has been received and all necessary order details have been confirmed. - For handmade, personalised and made-to-order products, the estimated processing period is **5 working days**, unless another timeframe is stated in the product listing or agreed upon with the customer. - Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Malaysian public holidays and any additional closure dates announced by SENINOTA. - The five-working-day period refers to preparation and processing only. Courier transit time is separate. - Orders involving bulk quantities, multiple products, customisation or special requests may require additional processing time. SENINOTA will inform the customer of any significant expected delay where reasonably practicable. - SENINOTA will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law. Where a delay materially affects an order, we will communicate available options and provide any remedy required by law. ### 16. Customer Approval and Personalisation - Customers are responsible for checking and confirming all personalisation details, including names, spelling, initials, dates, colours, quantities and specifications before submitting an order. - Where SENINOTA provides a digital proof, mock-up or written confirmation for approval, production may proceed based on the customer's approval. - Once production has commenced, requests to change or cancel an order may not be accommodated. - Additional costs arising from customer-requested changes will be communicated and agreed upon before the changes are made. - SENINOTA is not responsible for errors arising from information supplied or approved by the customer, provided the final product matches the approved details. - If SENINOTA makes a production error or supplies a product that does not match the agreed specifications, the issue will be assessed and an appropriate remedy provided in accordance with applicable law. - Customers are encouraged to retain their order confirmation and approved artwork or proof for reference. ### 17. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Orders - Customers should inspect their orders upon receipt and notify SENINOTA of any damage, missing items, incorrect products or suspected manufacturing defects as soon as reasonably practicable. - To help us investigate, customers may be asked to provide clear photographs or videos of the affected product, outer packaging, shipping label and relevant order details. - Customers should retain the affected item and packaging until SENINOTA advises whether they are required for inspection or a courier claim. - SENINOTA may liaise with the relevant courier or payment provider where necessary to investigate a delivery or transaction issue. - Where an issue is attributable to SENINOTA, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. - Claims will be assessed individually based on the available evidence. SENINOTA will not unreasonably reject a genuine claim solely because a customer cannot provide a particular type of evidence. - Minor variations in handmade finishes, paper texture, printing colour or material appearance do not automatically constitute a defect, provided the product remains consistent with its description and agreed specifications. - Nothing in this clause removes any applicable statutory consumer rights or prevents a customer from pursuing a remedy available under Malaysian law. --- **SENINOTA – Paper and Stationery**
